We all bleed red. But Mexican citizens are treated different the American citizens.

One of those already answering posed an excellent question -- We, who? Remember, though that there are no people in the United States whose forefathers did not immigrate to this country. The American Indian, for example, may have come here across the Bering Strait, if not up from South America (I like the Bering Strait.) You might ask the Irish, the Italians, the Germans, the Chinese and all the many other nationalities and races who make up our "melting pot" if they feel they are treated equally. Treatment, like respect, is earned.

This question is so funny its sad. We Who? Are you black? Oh, excuse me it's not okay to say "black" anymore so sorry, if your parents were descendants of slaves I cant imagine why you would ask we who? I am not black but I know that blacks suffered so much here years ago. Most "Americans" legal and illegal have conveniently forgotten how horribly these people were treated and the humiliations they were subjected to. Don't hang on to the word "legal" in order to be unfair. It doesn't matter where you are, or who you are, treat people with respect and kindness. This is how **** gets out of hand, a self fulfilling prophecy. Soon everybody is repeating the same damn phrase. Everyone sounds like monkeys. It starts to be okay to hate on a people or a race, or gays, or whatever the media starts to portray. Yes I am Mexican, Yes I am American, Yes I am legal, I was born here. Yes I don't hate gays, yes I don't hate Muslims,
Yes I don't hate. Equality is not based on papers or color of skin or place of birth. It is a basic human right.
And to answer the question...........
No we will never be treated right. Why? The WE changes every couple of years, it could be Native Americans, it could be Blacks, it could be Italians, it could be Arabs it could be Irish There will aways be a target. Hate, racism, prejudice and inequality will continue as long as humans abide.

Illegal immigrants will NEVER be treated equally in the USA, because they are not entitled to equal treatment. They will only EVER be treated equally when they enter the country LEGALLY. Don't expect equal treatment, otherwise, because it ain't gonna happen! If you want EQUAL treatment, go back to your own home country.

Since this question is posted in the immigration section, I assume that you are of Mexican decent. You will be treated equally if you enter our country legally and hold a job paying taxes and not getting paid "under the table". If you are a contributing member of society, then YES, you are more than welcome here. If not, stay the hell out.

Who's 'we', and if you're a mexican citizen, what kind of 'equality' do you expect, exactly? How many more billions are americans supposed to spend on benefits for mexicans? Mexico needs to fix its' own social problems. Americans need to stand up and vote Mexico OUT. Period.

Nope, not as long as you are over here illegally and have this 'entitlement' attitude. I'm sick of the illegals expecting they be treated as U.S. citizens. And coming over here and NOT learning english? Expecting everyone to speak spanish over here?! Swim back to Mexico!

We who? If you're referring to illegal aliens ... they'll be treated equally when they are equal ... in other words, when they're legal ... until then, they will be treated as ... illegal ....

You are equal, and the same as everybody else, I think your talking about Mexicans, they are no different just illegal, and need to go home. and that is if your talking about illegals.
