They were using an outdated Symantec product, but I installed the Charter Communications High-Speed Security Suite (F-Secure). They had a recurring virus message before, and now after installing the new security suite, they are still getting a message that the antivirus program cannot disinfect "Packed. Win32. Tibs". What is the best way to get rid of this trojan? Thanks!

Ok, so I have been all over the internet, asked every person I know, and have personally sent emails (with no response yet) to Fall Out Boy. On the remix bonus track of Dance Dance, entitled above, at almost the end of the song, right after they say the lines "I only want sympathy in the form of you crawling into bed with me..."
The music stops for a second and they whisper something... it sounds almost like, "just touch me a little..."
Can someone confirm these lyrics for me??? PLEASE???
