The oldest animal in the world died in March, 2006. A giant tortoise by the name of Addwaitya died of liver failure at the Indian Zoo at the age of 250 years old. It weighed 500 pounds and was 5 feet across.

FERRET! fingers down. they're amazing and hilarious and if good cared for, do not stink (that is a favourite delusion). i believe if each individual contained in the international had a ferret, there will be international peace. Oh yah, if that is a woman. Male ferrets are aggressive.

It was that tortoise that died at Australia zoo ,owned by all round Australian Bogan Steve Irwin. It was 170 years old and supposedly owned by Charle Darwin(yer right)

I saw a really, really old ferret once. He had a cane, glasses, and a little bit of oatmeal stuck in his fur. He was yelling at the other little ferrets for running through his yard.
