What is it good for?

I have several flowers and shrubs (marigolds, hydrageas, azaleas, roses, black eyed susans ect.) and none of them have signs of bugs; but yet my dahlias, begonias, and my camassias are very much infested. Does anyone have a clue as to what bugs eat only bulbs, and what I can use to kill them without killing my bulbs or the other flowers that won't cost me much?

In detail what is it like? What are the fears, thoughts, feelings that come to you when the one you had intercourse with is pregnant, and when that child is born into the world?

A letter was written alleging I was convicted of a crime and it was read publicly. It was signed anonymously but I know who wrote it. Can I sue them for defamation, slander and/or libel?

This is from the 50's or 60's. A child on a bicycle (tricycle?) will be hit by a truck at an intersection. Somehow, time is stopped (by an alien?). The parent (mother, I think) uses a belt tied on the bike's pedal (?) to change the direction of the bicycle, saving the child. Maybe "One Step Beyond" or "The Outer Limits"? Thanks for reading--Deb

Many people are divercified enough to accept & handle a multicultural relationship, but I often wonder how it would be if you were not only in a relationship with someone from another race but can it really work out if you also come from different religious backgrounds? And being in a relationship is one thing, but can it work out if you wanted to marry? Hmmm, what are your thoughts on this?

To see how well we would get along despite our differences, and to see the things we would do and say in His name, including judging another's fate, either directly with our words/lips, in our minds or by what we tell our children?

I wasn't sure where to post this, but since it's a family squabble issue, I thought I'd put it here.

I have a son (16) and daughter (17). Both are staying with my sister in England for the summer vacation. She runs a store in England (Scotch Shop) which sells Scottish related things (clothing, food, ornaments etc). They are helping out part-time to fund their keep and earn some extra spending money which they are then using to travel around more.

Anyway, here is the argument. My sister (and her district manager) have a policy that the staff wear kilts... note that these are not real kilts which can be very expensive, but more different tartan stlyle skirts (of varied lengths).

My son is objecting and says he doesn't want to wear a "skirt". My daughter thinks he should, otherwise she shouldn't have to either (she is actually a tomboy and hardly ever wears a skirt). My sister insists that she has enforced this before with guys and girls and isn't backing down.

How should I play it
