A car accident (the other drivers fault) has permenantly injured my right knee. I have had one surgury and have arthritous in it now. I am sewing the insurance company but I am sick of waiting and hate my lifes' drawbacks now... any words of wisdom

i have a boyfriend and when it was valentines day i got him a card and some chocolates but he did not get me any thing!!! i am not greedy but it really hurt to find out that he did not get me any thing!! now every time we have a little fight, when he tries to tell me he loves me sometimes i do not believe him. i love him so much and i do not want to dump him but sometimes things he does makes me love him a bit less. what should i do???

While trying to watch internet based videos through Windows Media Player, Quicktime, or Real Player, recently I get an error claiming that I am not connected to the internet.. but obviously I am connected.. I don't know what's going on, and I hope I don't have to reformat my computer in order to fix this problem... if someone could help me, I'd be grateful.. this is an annoying problem..

I have been single for a while now, all the time I think that I am nearing something special, it just falls to pieces. I am the last single person standing in my circle of friends. I am just so worried that I will still be single at the age of 40!! (I am 28) I am told that I am attractice and that I have a lovely personality. I do come across as confident and independent, could this be making men feel intimdated?

gosh, i used to pop my pimples like crazy but I found out that was bad. i still don't know exactly what to do. i've been struggling with this for forever. i have a lot of nasty red and brown scars and they are really embarrassing. how do i get rid or them? i usually try to cover them up with make-up but i don't like to plus sometimes it doesn't work. then at that same time, my skin is so prone to pimples (the pimples that i get are usualy really deep and hurt so much and they just rrrr!!! suck a lot) and stuff. then my nose is covered with deep black heads that i can't seem to get out or rid of. i see all these commercials for acne stuff. i've tried A LOT of stuff that hasn't worked. but i've just been giving up lately on stuff and i really have no idea what to do. is there anybody that can help me. i hate looking at my face in the mirror. i don;t remember what it was like to be completly blemish free. i get so jealous of the people on magazines with perfect skin.

I am always hearing the news about under god being take out of the Pledge of Alligance. I mean to me that seems dumb everyones always saying the countrys about ethnicity. I think that you should just put your own god in the verse and if you are an atheist leave it out. Just make under god a deafault version. They have all these problems after that another problem will be complained about. Do you think it should be taken out and if so replaced with what and what kind of a compromise for all religions if so. (I think it should stay I mean really)

A few weeks ago,a guy who said he got my ID from his friend who is in the same year in college as me,IM-ed me on the messenger.He said he goes to the same college but a year older and he liked me and wanted to chat.He seemed ok and i said yes.But soon i realized i made a mistake,he had no consideration for me...he didn't accept that for example i have to work and i can;t talk on the net.He left me offline messages all the time.And i said i didn't want to talk to him anymore ,i was as polite i could posibly be.But the guy just doesn;t get it,he keeps IM me,i have a tone of offline messages from him,and it's been 2 weeks since i've told him i don't wanna talk to him anymore.I never respond to those messages,but lately his begining to threaten me,like he's gonna find me,and i can;t ignore him forever.Plus the offlime messages his always mean,calling me names and stuff like that.he is on my ignore list now,but i'm scared.what do you think he is capable of?
