I was listening to one of those political debate radio stations the other day and I heard mention that in California, some schools will at some point start promoting homosexuality in schools. I am not against homosexuals, but I did not think it was right to ban religion from schools and then promote homosexuality in school. What ever happened to just teaching history, math, etc. in schools?

One doesn't have to try too hard to come up with a fairly cynical take on the way many politicians who advocate for smaller government are tangled up with private corporations whose biggest customer is the federal government. Could it be that politicians are actually advocating for a weird kind of smaller government, one with huge budgets for consultants and contractors?

Using laptops. Live in country. Using directway. Still very slow and often loses satellite. Husband has company intranet & internet programs he must use but directway will not work due to security issues. When he connects thru the landline it times out before he has completed his work to be downloade. What can we do. Tried the internet card but doesn't help at our home but does help in town.

In most of pricple of relationship, people will say communication is important and the best communicator is western partners... but why divorce at West is more than East ( especially Asia ) that didnot have a great communication with their partner? How many of you people (mostly atheists) who bash on Christians calling us crazy, morons, psychotic, rude, know-it-alls, etc., have actually befriended at least one or two born-again Christians? I've met people who bash on Christians and they've never even befriended one and they didn't really know how a Christian really (usually) is. I'm just curious. I don't mean to offend anyone so I hope I didn't.
