Communication & divorce?

Question

In most of pricple of relationship, people will say communication is important and the best communicator is western partners... but why divorce at West is more than East ( especially Asia ) that didnot have a great communication with their partner? Maybe bcoz Western too much talk and that why their partner hate them?

i guess western relationship are based and protected by laws/order & rights, while the eastern relation are purely based on natural trust/honest/commitment & confidance.

There are more lawyers in the US than the rest of the world combined. They need something to do, so they, through the courts have trivialized marriage, and infidelity, and made divorce a commonplace, easy thing.
People in the west have lost their perspective on marriage. People in the east tend to still hold marriage more sacred...still tend to hold onto their religious beliefs more. Not to mention the fact that in a lot of the world, women are still lowerclass humans, and not entitled to rights except what a husband brings them.
Also, if a woman is caught cheating in New Jersey, she gets divorced...in Iran, she's stoned to death.
Communication is important, but so are morals, and a conscience...some things that are getting rarer.

Just because we know how to open our Mouthe's, and Critasize our partner does not mean we know how to communicate. Communication takes allot of effort for those who do not know how to do it. My eldest daughter became so critical of her husband that I had to step in and remind her that they were suppose to be talking about a serious issue, not taking it as an opportunity to beat the other person down emotionally. The saddest part for me, was knowing where she had learned. It was something that had not been apart of her life since she was a teenager, when she came to live with me. She had been adopted, and her adopted father passed away so she came to live with me. The only part that I am grateful for is that I learned a different way to communicate before she came, and after ten years I am still working on it.

Think about it in history. In the west, we are taught to talk out our indifferences whether it was with a family member, friend or clergyman. In the east, you would be stoned, exiled, or executed. Where would you go for a divorce?

Because women are not treated as equals in the east. Women in the east don't want to speak their mind, and they don't want to get a divorce because they think they need a man to survive.
