If this is all you have available, after connecting it, download from the iomega website for support and downloads if it is not automatically detected by your pc.

Basically, under Windows XP, you don't. You could probably get it working under an older operating system. I think 98SE would do it, maybe 98. I don't even know if they had USB interfaces, I think they were serial. Windows XP doesn't like serial devices. My new laptop doesn't even have a serial OR parallel port, I'm fine with that, it's about time those old technologies got tossed out the window.
