Everytime i close my eyes i get dizzy.
Muscle twitches every now and then.
No voice in my head for the smart a$$e$
Constant migranes
Eyes keep tweeking when i stare off.

When I went to the rest room today I found blood after wiping my private area. Lately I have to use the rest room more than usual, and when I go pee my private part is in pain.

if i follow islam, christians, jews, etc says i will end up in hell. every person tel me to follow their religion. So i cant follow all religions in one go. so one or the other way i will end up in hell and you too geeks. see you soon in HELL. i feel pitty on heaven bcoz no one will be there EXCEPT their gods.

I have always had boarderline high blood pressure, but reccently it has gotten so high that I have had to be put one medication. I know what foods to avoid, like salt, and fatty foods, but I don't know what I should be eating.

Are there certain foods that will lower your blood pressure? Also, what other things can I do to lower it?
