I need to find out how many marriages are caused by disillusionment

A website on DIVORCE STATISTICS will not give you any information about "disillusionment."
Your best bet is to check your library. Look in the sections marked PSYCHOLOGY OF PERSONAL ADJUSTMENT; MARRIAGE, DIVORCE, AND REMARRIAGE; PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP; SOCIOLOGY OF THE FAMILY, and any book that has "Causes for Divorce" or some similar phrase in its title.
However, if you still want statistics, they're available from the U.S. Bureau of the Census, Population Reference Bureau, National Center for Health Statistics, etc. Also, use a search engine, like Google, and type in DIVORCE STATISTICS. You'll get about a hundred websites.
