I live in the state of Florida. I don't know why, but it seems that criminals have more rights than the average person in a court. Namely, there are laws about guns. If a robber enters your home at night, and you spot him/her, you cannot use a gun as force against him/her unless the criminal has a gun exposed in plain sight; because only one person having a gun makes it "unfair". Also, many people have heard of the case where a robber entered a home and accidentally locked himself in the garage of the home. The family had gone on vacation, so he was "forced" to eat dog food in order to stay alive. When the family returned, they found him, and he sued them for "making" him stay there for so long. He won his case I believe I remember hearing. Alright people, I don't understand why these criminals have such rights, but they do. If anyone out there can give me a logical explanation, I would appreciate it much.

do you feel flattered or find it rude? if it comes with a whistle how do you feel? are you a guy or girl? do you feel different if the person is of your sexual orientation or not (e.g. straight person feels bothered by a gay person checking them out or vice versa)? or do you look at it as someone of your sexual orientation you just wouldn't be attracted too?

It always seems to occur that way. Someone that is in their early 40's dying. Perhaps they proved themselves to God and their time on Earth is finished? I do understand that just because you live a long and healthy life doesn't make you a bad person. So, do you believe the good die young? You would think God would want to keep them on Earth as a positive role model to everyone...

about 3 years ago i moved from my old school and my old home and i lived there for like allllll my life. and i had 4 best best best best best friends there. we were friends for lik 6 years. then when i moved i didnt get their phone numbers or anything! and now i either have dreams about them (me seeing them and them hating me for no reason) or i just see thier pictures in old yearbooks and want to cry. i cant help it. i dont know what to do. i tried to search for them on a school website but that didnt help. any answers?

I am in a relationship with a boy i get on soo well with, we laugh joke, been together 2 years living together 13 months.
Thing is, hes a nice person but not a good boyfriend, he is never there for me when i need him, doesnt take me out or ask me out with his friend and their girlfriends.. I know he is the one, but he is just a rubbish boyfriend. I couldnt be more suited with anyone than him.. but we are not working out coz of this and he knows.. he said he will try harder but heard it b4.
My best mate is a boy, i have known him for 5 years & we have always been close. He looks after me when im ill, comes to see when im upset, takes me home when im drunk and picks me up when im stranded... and hes just told me he is in love with me.
I cant stop thinking about him now, and although im in love with my boyfriend... my friend would look after me better and love me, I could see myself falling in love with him if i let myself.
