do you feel flattered or find it rude? if it comes with a whistle how do you feel? are you a guy or girl? do you feel different if the person is of your sexual orientation or not (e.g. straight person feels bothered by a gay person checking them out or vice versa)? or do you look at it as someone of your sexual orientation you just wouldn't be attracted too?

I am a female and being in a fun, feisty, mood can effect my reactions to some of these situations differently. If a stranger needs a bib while he's looking at me then sometimes it can be funny. If I'm walking by a guy and he says "mamacita" that is not a compliment. When a car drives by and I get a whisle that is a compliment. When a guy is staring at me while holding his girlfriends hand that is very rude. When a stranger looks at me up and down like a piece of meat then its definately not a compliment. Now when my boyfriend looks at me like a piece of meat that's a great compliment! When a guy smiles or says hi at me then that's a nice compliment. When another female compliments another female then that's a HUGE compliment.

i love it all. it takes a whole lot to offend me. my response is usually some sort of smart *ss remark back, usually playful without leading them on. most people aren't expecting a witty response, and i probably get off more on the shock factor than they did on looking at me! it's all in fun... look away! anything more than that, i am a big girl and can handle it... i would never do anything like file sexual harassment charges. i would rather play out our power struggle until you admit that i have you by the b*lls! as for women, i LOVE to flirt with them!
