Hey guys, after a bit of research i've found these sites!

http://www.simplyswitchenergy.com

and

https://www.ukpower.co.uk

Both of them seem to indicate that a company called EDF are the best suppliers but im a bit dubious as ive never heard of them!

Hey,

A similar website is http://www.uswitch.com

EDF are a french electricity company (Electricite de France) who bought up a lot of small UK electricity and gas companies.
My parents live in France and use EDF. They've always had great service from them and their prices are really good. Workmen and meter inspectors are prompt and very polite. We even got given a device that tells us what different rate of electricity we're at during the day. EG evenings is blue (cheaper) and sometime's it's red. I'd certainly recommend them.

I moved from ESB to Board Gais those days and Bord Gais are greater fee-effective...yet a rep from Airtricity referred to as to the door the different day and it kind of sounds like they may be greater fee-effective yet all over back, I ought to look into it. Oh, and Airtricity is all green...good for the enviro !
