I would say Brazil and Argentina. The 12th man award in this world cup obviously goes to Germany with so many fans at every match and the ambiance leading to the matches. Spain and England barely put together a competitive enough 11 players on the pitch. With injuries as well they have no alternatives on the foreward position, no real alternative to Beckham on the right wing. Germany has the best of its talent on the pitch. However Argentina with Messi, and Tevez carry players that can change the game on the bench. Brazil also has Gilberto Silva, Fred, Cicinho and Robinho all players that can affect the score upon entering the pitch.

Brazil because even their backups are stars in world class leagues. I think Robinho is the best 12th man.
