I am currently cutting fat with both resistance training and cardio. My typical BF starts at 6:35a with water, Caffeine pill (for thermo), and a multivitamin. About 7:35a I have a V8. First actual small meal around 10a. Should I be delaying the multivitamin to the V8, or even the meal? (Rest of day follows with 5 more evenly spaced small meals)

We've all been taught since day one that the bible is Word of God and is all truth. I have tried to find who and when this statement was made and have not been able to find a definitive reference. almost everybody is wearing these low-rise jeans these days(including me) but today ar school my friend who was sitting behind said "I see your ***". Since shes always making fun of something I laughed and pulled my pants up a bit. But later some people sitting behind me(who I dont really know because theyre in another class) said " youre butt crack i showing". It was weird because I dont think theres something wrong with your butt crack showing because its in and they are the ones who look stupid with their pants up to their armpits.
But why do they tell me that? I mean if they dont wanna see it they dont have to look at it and i would never tell them that their mom-jeans look ugly(even though its true).
what do you think about that? should i start wearing my mums trousers.?..lol

My 10 year old son is going through this really bad rebellious phase and I have no idea what is going on. Like I said he is 10. He has been showing little to no respect for me and his father. He lies all the time about everything whether it is something that is even worth lying about or not. Sometimes he seems to just lose control and throw these crazy angry fits. Is this possibly the start of puberty or is there a possibilty that there is something bigger that needs to be dealth with? We are a loving and caring family with no history of abuse or assault. Please help, parent to parent.

i cant help but have inappropraite thoughts...before i knew what a wet willy was, i totally had the wrong idea and took the term literally...so tell me, why is a wet willy called a "wet willy" - because it is clearly a wet ear :S

someone who doesn't even know you talks about you. They have never even met you. They are with someone you used to date and think they know everything about your relationship and all that. They judge you based on what your ex's friends have told them, and think its ok to act like they know what really happened when they didn't even know either one of you at the time. Your ex and the family even defends you, telling her she knows nothing and she still swears by everything as if she was right there. Isn't this world full of enough drama queens?
