I am wanting to get a nintendo ds lite, and am wondering if its worth the money? Nintendogs looks like a really fun game, since i love animals a lot especially dogs. Can someone who has a ds lite or knows a lot about them tell me what they can do? I heared they are like a mini computer, with like a chat thing, im wodnering if you just turn it on without a game and theres likea menu with stuff u can do?

Some time ago my neighbor came up to me with the building supervisor about a leak in his bathroom ceiling. A supervisor looked at my bathroom to determine if what is coming from the bath. Couple of days before I’ve noticed some water in my bathroom floor, but did not report to the supervisor. My downstairs neighbor talked to him 3 times after they came up, but the supervisor did not take any action. Now…the ceiling went down on my neighbor while he was taking a shower. Luckily enough no serious injury was done to my neighbor, but bruises on his back and arms. He called 311 (New York City hot line) and now, something is going to happen, possibly a legal action towards the management of the building. Is there something I need to do on my part as a person living upstairs? Is there anything that I might be in trouble in? No work has been done to the bathroom since I moved in and before. I believe that we have nothing to worry about? Am I right?

She is going to turn 13. Yes...she's a 'girl'. She likes Border Collies(she has one), giraffes, and pandas. Lastyear I got her a little giraffe statue and a Border Collie sign, I just dont know what to get her!!!PLEASE HELP ME!!!
