i called the cops on an ex who was beating on my windows, ringing my doorbell non-stop, screaming my name, and blowing up my phone for a total of 2 hours at 3 in the morning!

i told him to please leave and i didnt wanna talk to him, but he didn't stop. i know he's slightly obsessive, but my gut feelings told me something wasn't right, so i called the cops on him and they escorted him away ( i didn't press charges, i just wanted him to take a HINT to give me my space!)

now i'm worried that he's gonna get worse or more creepy on me for having done that... did i just put myself at more jeopardy?

also, something inside of me feels really guilty and bad for having done what i did. i just need reassurance i did the right thing.

I recently had my doctor change around my brithcontrol on me because of a miscommunication about my migrains. The new one has caused me no end of stress and discomfort. It took me a month to convince them to switch me back (I bled non-stop for 28 of the 30 days) to the one that I like but now, after all the stress and the fact that I got all worked up about getting my annual at a new place, and I had had a caffinated soda that day, my bp was so high that I have to go back twice before the end of this box, in order to get an actual prescription. Are there any little daily things I can do to lower my bp in 2 weeks?

I love the Lord and when I think about it, I do appreciate what he has done for me, but this fire that people talk about, I am not sure I am feeling it. Sometimes I get so emotional when my prayers have been answered and I am so greatful but I don't always walk around feeling this way. I am saved, I will go to heaven when I am done here but I am afraid I am dissapointing him and don't know where to start to stop.

I went on my first date with this guy last night. We talked about everything under the sun. After 5 hours neither one of us wanted to go home, but we had to work today.
