You just have to experiment - my mother and I both have pale skin, dark blonde hair and green eyes, but I look ill wearing cold colours and stick to browns and warm smoky pinks and she looks ill wearing warm colours and will only wear greens, greys and blues. Try all the colours you have (or buy some new colours) until you find a combination that makes your eyes stand out.

i've been a makeup artist for MAC Cosmetics for going on 3 years now...as well as a hairstylist for a large company. You remember the color wheel when we were back in art class? That's a good guideline to follow when you want to enhance or tone down a feature on your face.
You say your eyes are blue-green. If you want to make them really pop and bring more of the green out, use shades that have a reddish hue to them. Red and green are complementary colors on the color wheel. They both bring out each other. So, if you would wear eyeshadows that are pink, plummy or mauvey (anything in the red family) it really enhances the green.
If you want to more bring out the blue, use shades of orange... like peach, bronze, caramel, golds, etc. because blue and orange are complementary colors.
hope this helps some.

This all depends if they are more blue than green or opposite.
Mostly Blue :- Browns always bring out this colour.
Mostly Green :- Mauve always brings out this colour.
If all else fails use a natural pale eyeshadow all over lid and excentuate the shape by outlining in charcoal grey. This looks fabulous.

The best 'complementary' colour for green is purple, but as deep purple is too strong to use as eyeshadow I would choose lilac, a nice one is Avon's Lilac whisper, then use the deepest purple eye shadow you can find for eyeliner, use an artist's very fine water colour brush to apply.
If your eye colour is more blue than green, then your best 'complementary' colour is either green, or golden brown.
don't use the same colour as your predominant eye colour as this will do the opposite of highlighting your eyes.

Pearly green or pearly blue would really bring out the colour of your eyes, AND show up against your pale skin. If you're a showy sorta gal, go 4 sparky.
Hope i helped!

The best color shadows for you to use would be coppery tones, taupe's, a coral color with a metallic shine ( i know it sounds icky but it would look great trust me) and some purples (purples usually look good on everyone). They will go great with the color of your eyes and skin tone. If you wanted a more dramatic look for going out or whatever a black smokey eye would make the color in your eyes pop as well. But I would definitely stick with the copper, taupe, and coral tones those will look great on you! MAC, Benefit, and NARS have some great shadows in those colors that are fantastic.

i use loreal hologram eyeshadow and i m the same eye colour and complexion as you.it is a really shiny purple colour and it really does make the blue come out.
A tip is to use it on your eyelid and under your lower lashline and then to line the inner rim of your eyes in black eyeliner, especially striking for a night out, plus purple is in fashion this season i think

I use the dark brown with kind of shiny pieces not sure what you would call it for every day use. Once in a while I put that down and put my purple over it. Sometimes I highlight on the top with the shiny cream color but the brown looks professional and attractive.

You should use purple-ish colors to bring out the blue in your eyes. You should use browns and tans to bring out the green.

Depends on which color you're trying to bring out.
I have blue/green eyes. I use dark plum colors when I want my eyes to appear more green.
I use neutral browns and tans when I want the blue to be more noticeable.
