The father of the baby and I are fighting to see who the baby will be in custody with after she is born. I say that it will be me, since I am breast feeding and he says it will be him because he is making so much money while being in Iraq to be able to support the baby. But, he isn't helping with anything right now. But he says he will after the baby isborn. But, he is only 19 and I am 21 and he has no place to stay when he gets back except the barracks and I have a place with my sister. I may not make as much money as him, but I am paying my bills and I am getting help from the state as well. Will I lose my baby to him? Please help!

I was going to ask him out the other day but I chickened out and started rambling about stupid things that don't make sense. I'd like to know once and for all where we stand (he used to seem like he liked me a lot, but now I'm really confused about how he feels towards me). How do I let him know that I like him and want to be with him but that I'm not going to force him into a serious relationship or anything??? Even if he says no I just want him to treat me like he always does....no need for special treatment just cause he feels bad for not being interested.There's also only so much to do in our town....movies and dinner seem so cliche....I just really need help getting the courage to ask because I think it would help give me closure. I've let more guys go because I'm too shy than I can count and this ist he first time where I truly feel like I may have a fighting chance....help...encouragement, thanks *ps plz no answers saying never to ask a guy out*

I have a 95' ford escort and it only has 93,000 miles on it. When i first got the car it ran great but then one day me and my husband took it to Jiffy Lube to get the oil changed and we left and on our way home the check engine light came on. We pulled over and turned the car off and then it wouldn't start back, finally it did and we have been having so much trouble out of now. If we go somewhere it dies almost everytime. First the radio will go off and then it will start running really rough and the turn signals won't even come on the if we stop it just dies. When you try to start it back when you turn the key over it doesn't do anything sometimes it makes a clicking noise. I don't know what is wrong with it but we took it to auto zone and they did a battery and altenater check and said everything was fine so i have no clue. I would really appreciate all the help i can get. THANK You....

Today the land lord came to my friends house and demanded the next months rent which was for 1,400 he also wanted her to pay $500 for deposit. She has been living at the house for over a year. And the landlord has never asked for her to pay.

He finally came up with a rental agreement. in it he stated that the renter is should be responsible for any damage for the sink, toilet, holes or clogs, wear and tears, yard carpet, jacuzzi..ect..and also that the rent money will increase within one year.

Well my question isnt that what the deposit for? To pay for the wear and tear? the yard, the pipes and clogs?? Or am i wrong?? The house is literally falling apart and he doesnt fit it but wants the renters to fix everything else.

Today (locally) I heard again another story of a woman who gave birth to a 7 pound baby in the emergency room and didn't know she was pregnant. How can you not know? It baffles me. I have had two children...wouldn't the expanding belly and kicking in the ribs be a dead giveaway?!

It happens at speed above 10 mph and seems to come from the rear of the vehicle. It sounds like a tea kettle and slightly increases in pitch with greater speed. The sound remains when coasting at speed in neutral with the engine shut off. Thanks for your help.

I'm stuck between 2 guys and I need help..I have a son by both guys but the thing is they both say they love me and want me back well my oldest sons daddy left me when I was 8 months pregnant for my best friend and he cheated on me with another friend and my new babies daddy was the one who wanted to marry me and have a family..I dont know what to do cause I love them both its just hard to pick which one right now..I'm afraid that if I choose my 2 year old daddy he will do the samething again but I know without a doubt the my new babies daddy would never cheat on me or hurt me...Please someone give me some advice I really need help on this one
