Last month I took a blood test, my cholesterol level was of 303.

I was scared, and I started a Detox Diet from my doctor, this type of diet took out all my antioxidants from my body; eating vegetables, organic foods, fruits etc.

I started this diet on May 15, 2006. : Before I start this diet, I felt alot of pain on my chest, back, kidneys, and legs... many headches, my doctor said that it was a closely time to get a heart attack during the next months, but like now I am taking care of myself; I am done with my Detox Diet and my cholesterol went down from 303, to 238, (in 1 month) So anybody knows any diet to reduce cholesterol fast, before the heart attack reaches me!?

Gold can be easily melted and sold. Morticians see a lot of gold teeth and fillings. Nobody ever asks the funeral director to open their dead mother's mouth to see if the gold has been removed.
