In Jacksboro Texas regular gas sells for $2.799-$2.899 per gallon.
Deisel has jumped to a whopping $2.89 per gallon.
These prices sure do put a stop to a lot of traveling to Wal-Mart in other cities.

I live in India and we pay Rupees 49.00 for 1 litre of petrol. We do not call it gas here. Gas in India means cooking gas. Moreover it is a liquid and not gas. It is funny why Americans call it gas! One Indian rupee is equal to about 48 US dollar, I have no idea how to convert gallon to litre.

Petrol in Newcastle- Australia is currently $1.39 per litre. Far too much, which is why my freinds are starting to use public transport as it is cheaper to get from a to b that way.

Right at $2.80/gal for unleaded. Has gotten up to $3.09/gal last summer. I live in Mount Sterling, Kentucky.

$1.09 a litre yesterday and $.99 cents a litre today ... Allberta Canada .. I think you times this by 3.5 or 4 to make a gallon -- not sure though ..
