how do you get rid of backyard pests? like chiggers? and bugs? ITS DRIVING US CRAZY! my little brother likes to go out and play, but he always comes back in with ALOT of CHIGGER BITES! PLEASE HELP!

What do I do with my annoying coworker? He is so obnoxious. He talks to himself constantly, grunts and groans out loud, does almost no work while he is here, whistles or scat sings (doot de doo doo doo), slams things around and makes all kinds of disturbing noise in an otherwise quiet and peaceful office. I've tried to drown him out with music from my computer, and I've tried headphones. All I do is give myself a headache with loud music and he has complained to me that he doesn't like the noise I made with the music from the computer.
The noise he makes has nothing to do with his job. He runs a slumlord business on the side and he spends his days yelling at contractors on the phone to fix up his slum properties and taking calls from prospective renters. Then he gets on the phone with his wife and she is some kind of emotional wreck. Then he eats, chomping his food and smacking his tounge and lips very loudly.
He is an absolute ogre with his coworkers. Why is he not fired

The other night I was having a hard time getting to sleep. I tried most of everything--taking deeps breaths, drinking warm milk, all that. But the only time I really started feeling tired was when I counted sheep. Why is that? Why does counting sheep jumping over a fence make us tired?

Mine favorite is "Right On Track" about the two sister that drag race. I thought that this was very well made and fun to watch. I also like "Tru Confession" about the girl that video tapes a day in the life of her mentally challeged twin brother.
My least favorite was "A Ring Of Endless Time" about the girl that learns that she can communicate with dolphines. I just thought it was boring and I could not get into it. I also did not like any of the "Zenon" movies but I think that I watched those when I was already to old for it to be for me anyway. But I feel that the Disney Channel usually does great with making them pretty good for all ages. And there were others that I liked and did not but this are the ones that I think are the top and the bottom of my list.

When i make taco i use groundbeef and dry taco seasoning packet, but i doesn't seem to have that kick that some restaurants tacos have. I would love a taco meat recipe with that extra kick. And i love it hot.

I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee w/ a 6cyl automatic. When I first start the car and turn on the AC it blows cold air. After a few minutes of running it turns hot. Any suggestions on what the problem could be? Thanks!
