There is this guy and he always seem to have like these really weird mood swimgs. I mean one day he is being all nice and sending me e cards and then the next day he just starts being mean to me. He says thing to me like your a b***h and that i am annerexict. I am 13 and really tiny not annerexict god just made me this way. It makes me feel like something is the matter with me. So when he starts saying things to me like this i don't know what to do. But i need help!

Everyday i seem to fight with my parents. Sometimes its just over stupid things. It seems as if my mum has something against me, she calls me names lik psycopath and stuff like that. Most of the time my dad sticks up for her and yells at me even though he doesnt know the situation. Also i'm like a dummy that they take their anger out on me. Now they are going to a councellor and i don't know what to do. I have a boyfriend that adds to the problem, the problem is that they havent met him because his scared of meeting my parents. They caught me doing something something on the phone doing things and called me a slut. Now they are awarding me to the state. what should i do?

I have a judgement that was filed by a Credit card company in 2003. I just opened a savings account in my name and my grand daughters name to start putting money away for college. Can this be garnished against this judgement and if so is there some other kind of college fund I can do that they cannot touch.
