Little kids laugh at farts
Teenagers laugh at farts
Middle age people try not to laugh at farts - but still do
I was at a trivia night on Friday and it was mostly the over 60's crowd and someone farted - you should have heard them all crack up!!
So, I guess on the whole and universally speaking the answer is YES - farts are funny!

Here's an example of when a fart can be funny even to an adult:
Easter Sunday, a darling little girl sat in front of me and my sister on a metal, folding chair. She was dressed in a pink dress with lace and a big bow in the back and was sitting demurely with her hands folded on her lap; then, she farted. It would have been a quiet fart if not for the metal chair, which rumbled loudly. --My sister and I held our laughter in, but our cheeks were red with the effort.

For a guy farts are always funny, no there not funny there hilarious, but theres a time and place for everything.

It definately matters on the situation. If you are with a roomful of friends, then of course. In front of a crush, embarassing but funny. In a room full of colleges from work...YIKES! But fart can be the ultimate icebreaker when all else is quiet! MayMay

When you get older, you can't help but laugh at yourself if when you produce gas and it sounds like an air-horn on a semi-tractor-trailer. Ha! Ha!
I apologize to the folks that are disgusted with the idea of passing gas. Nah, not really. Get off your high-horses and have some fun. Yes, it may be undesirable some of you. But, you only live once and laughter is good for the soul.

Depends on the situation. Guys of all ages think they are. And the famous never ending "string of pearls coming out of your butt" fart is always funny.

depending on what situation it is happening, sa yfor instance if you fart in a ceremony and everybody smells it like hell that is very funny and fun...and if you see someone farting in the table while eatting with your family that's funny too...btu if you get caught while farting that's not funny.

Only really to the person who is farting! To the rest of us it's just plain smelly! I don't think woopy cushions are funny either.

Absolutely farts are funny and all thoes fu fus that look down on us for that PTHPTHPTH to you lol. I am lookin for fart sound effects for my windows I wish they had a fart motif for windows.
