A woman's father lived with her and her husband all of 2004 until his death in Nov. 2004 (so I know that makes him a dependent). here is my problem, his sources of income were 1900 (salary - taxable), 3200 SS benefits (non-taxable), and 3500 unemploy benefits (taxable). First question, would this be gross income of 5400 (3500+1900) since the SS benefits are excluded? Here is my problem, he deposited $5000 of into a savings account and never used it (it does not specify what sources he took the $5000 from) so, do i assme that the $5000 came from the $5400 since that is his true GI? Also, it says the "remainder" of his support of $7500 was provoded to him by his daughter and son-in-law, $5100 of that was from funeral expenses, are funeral expenses considered support under the dependency test?
Bottom line, can this father be considered a dependent, or does he not meet the 04 criteria (50% support from child) and is his GI > $3100? Please help, thank you very muc

there is a gap from the bottom of my hair above ear, and then half a burn grows to below my earlobe, i just want normal ones all the way down like my pals!!any ideas? are burns part of my hair or beard?? (of which i dont grwo much of as well aprt from the tashe and goatee area)

my daughter has ballet with this girl and I think the mother expects too much from her. Last night after their recital she told her tell daughter she didn't too well in her first dance. I think the whole idea is for the girls just to have fun. They are only three and four years old.
My daughter has playdates with this girl regularly and I don't want her to ever hear this negative behaviour.

why do we receive gifts from other people. Does anybody think it would be a great idea if we gave all of our friends a small gift each on our birthday. That way we wouldnt be encouraged to be as greedy and we would get little gifts throughout the year. Also there would be no danger of forgetting anyones birthday as you only do the buying on your own.

Any thoughts?

I had recently been reading my horoscope and for the most part it seemed to be accurate. However, I wonder if it is close with the other signs and how can this be? Do you like girls who are always dressed up and wearing matching jewlery and etc etc?

College is an absolute MUST for me (parents.), but I'm not sure on what I should choose to major in. I'd like to own my own small business someday (retail or food) and I would like to have some classroom learning that could help me out with the actual running of the business. The college that I'm goinng to be starting at in the fall offers these degrees in its College of Business and Economics:
Accounting, Decision Sciences, Economics, Finance & Marketing, and Management (each with their own multiple concentrations).

Any advice that you could give would be great. I plan on talking with business owners in my area, too, so that I can get a good idea.

4th month of owning this truck. no warranty available when i purchased, and I still have 4 years to pay. It will cost 1500 to get it running right. Sacrifice, for sin, is by the law and of the law.

Christ [is] "the end of the law": Romans 10:4.
Thereby the end of law imputed sin: Rom 5:13,
so the end of sacrifice for sin, which is of the law,
which is the source & strength of sin's death sting.

It's notably what God will "not" have:
"I will have mercy, and not sacrifice".
The "not" part is not then, now, ever.
(Ps 40:6; 51:16; Mt 9:13; 12:7; Heb 10)

Receiving the promise (eternal life) is
notably "after" doing the will of God,
which is to have mercy, not sacrifice.

Heb 11: these all died & rec'd not the promise.

God never desired, nor took pleasure in,
sacrifice for sin, which is by law & of law.
For law can't purge the conscience of sin.
For law is both source & strength of sin.

The God of all grace is the God of no law at all,
as that God is light having "no darkness at all",
which is to allegory say mercy void of sacrifice,
which is to allegory say peace void of division.
