knowing employment laws do not do any good when nothing goes the way it's suppose to.here's the deal,my nephew lands job with Wal-Mart 2 months ago.He has since been coming home with bruise's they are being inflicted by another worker who hides behind a bi-polar issue.perfect hand and fist imprints across his back that last for days sometimes week.The manager says the person will be dealt with but,the person escapes by telling them they are mental so,management won't mess with them so,my nephew is still working next to this person that keeps hitting him and cussing him.Wal-Mart is going to do nothing to an employee that is inflicting injury onto another co-worker(well,physical assaults)So,, any suggestions?I know he is suppose to be protected by law but,Wal_Mart has it in their minds that they can't fire the person responsible for the attacks,which is a total crock,mental disability or not the person knows what they are doing or they wouldn't be able to hold the job in first place.

i love a guy .wen i meet him or talk to him i feel like i need nothing else.but wen he is not with me.i just think about him.can do anything.just think wat he is doing. i think like he has forgotten me.i get disturb.and lose my temper. i cry sometimes .even sometimes i feel harming myself.and feel that i need him all the time thats it.he is working and cant spend all time with me. my relation is getting disturb becz of it.

Had the dust blown out and noise seems louder. All suggestions welcome about how to reduce the noise or how to live with it without going crazy. Guy who blew out the dust told me the noise came from my processor fan. Is that the same as the CPU fan? Tried ear plugs and the noise penetrated the plugs. HELP.

I am in a relationship right now where I am engaged, I'm 20 years old but I am realizing now that i am not truly happy, I love his family and am very used to the way things are already and don't really want to change everything about it; but I want to explore more and go to parties, drink and hang out with friends whenever I want but I know that I love him and we have a 9 month lease right now together on an apartment still. A fool spreads slander and believes Gossip.

a Leader hears this Gossip, but does not Judge instead seeks truth and knowledge.

Without going into too much detail, I have an uncle who has spent most of his adult life in jail, a cousin who posts her explicit lesbian pictures online, and the wife of another uncle who is too trailer-trashy to mention. We have not seen these people in years and don't acknowledge them when people ask whether we have extended family. I have discovered that a lot of people are in the same boat, so I'm taking an informal poll here. Come on, don't be shy, it's the internet. Deuteronomy 18:18

Almighty God speaks to Moses in Book of Deuteronomy chapter 18 verse 18:

"I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and I will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him."

To whom does this prophecy refer to ?

and WHY???????
