you can rub them on a candle if there are little scratches and stuff on them and it smoothes them out. You can make a doll, it's not just any doll it's a type of pantyhose doll, it's really cute. make sure the hose is clean first. I know there is a lot more but i can't describe them all.

Save them for when you go camping.
They can replace a broken fan belt, hold your soap for the showers so that it doesn't dissolve too fast or get lost, If you stetch them between trees, then can replace a clothes line while you're camping. They can store your fishing poles so they don't get tangled together.
Also, if you layer several knee highs together and fill them with rice, they can be microwaved for a portable heat pack.

tie the legs together in very tight knots, that are impossible to undo. So my teenage son won't be able to wear them. Otherwise he would take them out of the trash!

I sew up the run and continue wearing it.
But you can cut them into rings and wear them as bracelets or neclaces or hair ties.
