Buy a ticket to one of his concerts, and then just shout your message out loud to him. He'll get a kick out of it.

well he's actually from my town and his old house is a few blocks from mine. i think you can get his address and send a letter im sure theres tons of website... find an official jerry seinfeld website and leave an email.
