Let us also look at Acts 3:22 "In fact, Moses said: Jehovah will raise up for you from among your brothers a prophet like me. You must listen to him according to all the things he speaks to you."
Here we see Prophet Moses peace be upon him predicting the coming Prophet Jesus peace be upon him (According to Christians). Acts 3:22 didn't say that Jehovah will come down to earth in a form of a human being. Moses said in Acts 3:22 ".....a prophet like me.....", which means that Jesus will be a human being like Moses. If Jesus was Jehovah or God himself, then Moses wouldn't have said ".....a prophet like me.....".

FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO SAID, "JESUS",,, NOTICE THE WORDS.." like unto thee"... in what sense Jesus was like moses?????
According to you, Jesus is God but Moses is not God. Therefore, Jesus is not like Moses.
According to You, Jesus died for the sins of the world. but Moses did not have to die for the sins of the world. Therefore, Jesus pbuh is not like Moses pbuh.

=====================
THIS PROPHECY REFERS TO MUHAMMAD PBUH. because he was like Moses and Jesus was not like Moses.
=====================
Both had a father and a mother, while Jesus (pbuh) was born miraculously without any male intervention. [Mathew 1:18 and Luke 1:35 and also Al-Quran 3:42-47]
Both were married and had children. Jesus (pbuh) according to the Bible did not marry nor had children.
Both died natural deaths. But according to Christians, Jesus pbuh was violently killed on cross. Therefore, Jesus pbuh is not like Moses pbuh.
Both besides being Prophets were also kings i.e. they could inflict capital punishment. (Moses inflicted capital punishment in Numbers 15:13) Jesus (pbuh) said, (John 18:36) "My kingdom is not of this world." THAT MEANS JESUS PBUH WAS NOT A WORLDLY KING. Therefore, Jesus pbuh is not like Moses pbuh.

Therefore, this prophecy refers to Muhammad pbuh.

AFter so much of proofs, if you still think that this prophecy does not refers to Muhammad pbuh, then its crystal clear, who is fool!???
more proofs ...
!!!
Both were accepted as Prophets by their people in their lifetime but Jesus (pbuh) was rejected by his people. John 1:11 states, "He came unto his own, but his own received him not."
(Jews gave trouble to Moses pbuh but as a nation, they acknowledge that Moses pbuh was a messenger of God sent to them)
Both brought new laws and new regulations for their people. Jesus (pbuh) according to the Bible did not bring any new laws. (Mathew 5:17-18).
BRETHREN
I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren. Brethren means relatives. We know that Jews and Arabs are relatives of each other.
This is enough proofs to conclude that this prophecy refers to none but Muhammad pbuh..

hope this is very clear.

If I believed the Bible I would say its about our beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW. He was from the brethen of Israel (ismael) He was like Moses (born normally, married, had children, and died a normal death, His people accepted Him as sent by God) the words were put in His mouth as he was not lettered, and He spoke whatever He was ordered to by God.

You may enjoy comparing Acts 3:22-26 which quotes Deut 18:18 and applies that verse to Jesus.
That Scripture at Deuteronomy 18:18 does not mean that the later prophet would be identical to Moses in every way, but that the later prophet would be like Moses in the sense that Moses was a mediator between God and God's chosen people, and established a covenant between men and God.
Similarly, the later prophet Jesus served (and serves) as the mediator between God and Christians.
(Deuteronomy 34:10) there has never yet risen up a prophet in Israel like Moses, whom Jehovah knew face to face [until Jesus]
(1 Timothy 2:5) For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, a man, Christ Jesus
Jesus also establishes a new covenant:
(Hebrews 8:6,7) Jesus has obtained a more excellent public service, so that he is also the mediator of a correspondingly better covenant, which has been legally established upon better promises. For if that first covenant had been faultless, no place would have been sought for a second

Refers to Jesus. There were two prophetic lines in the Old Testament, one through Moses and the other Elijah. This is why Moses and Elijah appeared with Jesus (Matthew 17:3) on the Mount of Transfiguration. The Old Testament (called Torah by the Jews) was devided into two major divisons, the Law (represented in Moses) and the Prophets (represented in Elijah).
Peter confirms this in Acts 3:22, when he quotes Deut 18:18 as referring to Jesus.
So Jesus is the prophet referred to in Deuteronomy 18:18.

See Acts 3:22, Peter is referring to Jesus-and quotes Moses from Duet. 18:18
Well, well, you seem to be able to read and understand. You must read the whole Bible, not just parts that you think you know the answer to. Deuteronomy and Acts are not the only Scriptures that tell us of Jesus. If you can not read the Bible and conclude that Jesus is in fact God, then you come to Scripture with pre-suppositions.

That could be talking about any of the OT prophets or Jesus. The Bible offers ways to prove if a prophet is valid, and the last prophet to pass those tests Was John the Revelator.

Teachings of Bible were the true guidance from God and God informed his men of His beloved last prophet Muhammad(PBUH). That's it.

It's not Jesus (pbuh) 'cause words weren't put into his mouth. It's about Muhammad (pbuh), because he spoke the actual words of God, verbatim.

The proof that this prophecy refers to Jesus is in Acts 3. The 22nd verse quotes that prophecy exactly.
