if you love the guy and you are sure he is in love with you, you shouldn't worry so much about what he does when he is not with you. I totally understand how you feel, i went through the same, my fiance like to go out and party with his friends all the time and i use to live wondering what he do when he is not with me, one night we met at the same nightclub, for my surprise he spend all night by my side, that made me realize he wasn't doing nothing wrong. since that night I kind of trust him a little bit more and don't wonder what he is doing or where he at...the only thing i can tell you is to trust him and please calm down, if you still doing all the things you do you will end up loosing your mind for this guy that probably doesn't deserve it. If things get out of control, see a counselor. Seek help. Good Luck.

I question your use of the word "love". It sounds more like "obsession" to me. The thoughts of harming yourself are indicative of obsession not love. You really need some professional help. See a counselor as soon as possible.
