My daughter was recently adopted by my husband and her birth fathers parental rights have been terminated. We have had to change our phone number to stop his harrassment. He is an abusive alcoholic and not suitable for her to know or be around and never took an interest in being a father to her until it was too late. My husband's family lives in the same town as my daughters birth mother and we are planning a trip to see them. What can I do to prevent a run-in with my ex? I don't want to run into him and him say or do anything to scare my daughter but I don't want to keep her inside and hidden from the public the whole time either.

It's simple - but not really. I met a girl thursday in class, we hit it off instantly, she gave me her number and told me "You have my number, make sure you call me!"

So my roommates go through my phone last night and send her a text message (without my permission) that says: butts*x - naturally I'm EXTREMELY angry.

So I go to class today and she seems cheery and fine, says she didn't even mind. So we talk all class, make each other laugh, just have a good time. Then she drops the bomb says: "My bf lives up by so-and-so pub" and Im thinking to myself: ok... um now what

So we leave class and I walk her to her car and shes telling me how he works a couple hours out of the city and can only come back so often... I kind of just let it roll off me, not saying much about it - then as she was leaving I asked her if she wanted me to call her on Sunday and she said "Definatly, make sure you do" and she gives me this innocent smile...

So what do I do... go after her or not?

I mean...like, what do you guys do? Do you think of a topic and go off from there? Do you play a good toon you like on an instrument and then build the lyrics on the music? Do you write lyrics and then figure out what music would go well with it? What are your techniques? Me- I sorta just write the lyrics and then make up a toon. But, it is different for everyone.

This denomination stems off from Methodist.

This denomination doesn't practice the sacrements on a regular basis, however; they don't see anything wrong with sacrements.(They just don't feel they're 'nessesary' for Salvation, etc.)
