right now i weigh 225 lbs and im tryin to get down to 202 lbs, and i weight lift,i do push ups,sit ups,and squats and i was just wondering how long would it take to get down to that weight and i eat fruit and vegetables everyday until we run out i also go walking. am i at a good start?

my neibor tiffany invited me over one night to visit her mother and cousin were there so was there friend curtis next thing i know they were all smoking pot they have done this 2 times so far. last night i was there after returning a bowl i was asked to leave thinking i offended tiffany i asked why she had company company coming over and she her mom and company were going to do something alot stronger than just pot and she didn't like doing this in front of someone who don't do dope i live in a mobilhome court i'm leery going to the manager as she will call tiffany aske if she is doing this all tiffany has to do is deny it. not sure how to handle this one

How can I gain weight? I sometimes eat like a pig, but I dont think it works. When I was pregnant I gain lots of weight, but then I had the baby and lost all of it. People ask me what did I do to stay skinny. I hear all my friends saying they wanna loose weight and ask me how to do it, but I just tell them their crazy. Please help me gain a couple of pounds (and meat).

I currently have a Windows 2003 server running on AMD XP 2100 machine with 256MB Ram. I need to set it up as Terminal server so about 3-4 workstations can connect to it. Do you think this hardware is enough to support this or do i need to upgrade? Anyone can provide a link to hardware requirments for this because i can't find it anywhere..

OWE something to OTHER countrys???? Since when,are WE the only country that is suppose to GIVE to everyone that wants a HANDOUT??!!!
There are other countrys that are Not "poor" countrys,that could give money when there are disasters,etc.,but NO, everyone expects US to give,and give,and give! HELL,mexico is not a poor country,let them help their OWN DAMN PEOPLE!! Why do people expect us to just turn a "blind eye" to illegals sneaking across our borders,and BREAKING our laws while doing so? How come no one is BITCHING about mexico not helping their OWN people??!! NOBODY!!,because everyone is TOO BUSY bitching about the U.S.!!!!!
WHO is going to help US, when the United States goes BROKE from helping everyone ELSE except it's OWN citizens!!!!!!! It's time to SLAM THE DOOR on illegals!!!!!!!!

On the BBC news last night, they showed a black impoverished widowed Sudanese mother of eight living in a parched wind blown desert tent in a refugee camp. She stumbled across a little boy nearby in the bushes by himself alone and took him as her own. If there is a God, I’m sure he smiled and she will have a place in heaven before you and I.

in college, to survive, i racked up $15,000 on credit cards form 7 different credit card companies. i then graduated and have a job, but i am way over my head in bills. i'm never late on my school loans, rent, or car payments. so they arent the problem. the problem is i missed a payment here and there on my credit cards and now every company wants me to pay atleast $100.00 right away. there is no way i can afford that. i could barely even afford the normal payments. i got letters telling me they are going to transfer my accounts to a collection agencies. what happens then? and what are my options? i'm very worried.
