To prepare a person's Horoscope first u need three things :
Birth date, time and place. Where in Sun Sign did you follow on these three things ??? Now, 6:45 + 2 hours = 8:45 + 2 hours is 10:45. 10:30 falls into second slot. so, leo is the 5th sign, so just add 2 into 5 (5+2) = 7.
7th sign is Libra, So, Libra is my ascendant. and simply start putting planets into their sign they were in at that date.

Western horoscopes definitely because it lowers the amount of people it applies to for each one. See, for the chinese horoscopes, the daily message say for the horse, is written for every single person on the earth that was born during that year. Usually there is a group of about 10 recent years for each sign like for example, 1976, 1984, 1992, 2001, 2004... And for everyone of those years, there is 365 days. A person born on December 10, 2001 and someone born on September 1992 and someone born on February 23, 1984 are all going to have the same thing happen everyday? The odds are horrid to support this and unfortunately that is only 3 people out of millions.

I would say the American version. Isn't it based on the stars and lunar cycles? I would have to say that the way earth rotates around the sun and the moon around the earth effect humans in minute details. I.e. very small changes in graitational pull effect our bodies in very small ways. During birth, or the first year after conception, we develop several skills and such that stay with us forever. So, for people who are born around the same time of year, generally have the same effects. Therefore, we can make small predictions about ourselves, depending on out birthdays...just my own thoughts. I have found that the western is more accurate b/c i am an aries and i have a temper, i can be selfish, and i am confident in what i do, i love to start projects but dont always finish. these are qualities of an aries person. in chinese i am a rooster and the only thing that fits me is the fact that i focus on my appearance and like to look my best no other rooster qualities fit me. so i'd say western.

now what do you think? the one that copied from the original (Western), or the original (Chinese)? i believe that both have their pros and cons, the Western (Taurus, Gemini Cusp), got me on my two sides and stubborness, but Chinese (The Serpent), got me on my element my temperment and creativity. but both are pointed to the stars and earth elements. Chinese Astrology is based on the year you were conceived and born and the Lunar Calendar, Planets, Elements and Stars. Western Astrology is based on the year you were born and the Elements, Stars and Planets. i would suggest keeping it down to earth and facing true reality. they are fun to look at to see what the horoscopes have planned for you in the future tho.
