How can I gain weight? I sometimes eat like a pig, but I dont think it works. When I was pregnant I gain lots of weight, but then I had the baby and lost all of it. People ask me what did I do to stay skinny. I hear all my friends saying they wanna loose weight and ask me how to do it, but I just tell them their crazy. Please help me gain a couple of pounds (and meat).

Just forget everybody who think that you're too thin and love yourself as you are! I have a few extra pounds, but i don't care about it!!!

Hey girl, the same thing happened to me. Right now see it as a blessing most women would die to be like us, have a baby and loose weight! That's wild, my daughter is now one and I've gained back 15lbs and I've just eaten healthy and kept in shape, you want to gain weight back but you don't want it to be the wrong kind of weight. Lifting weights is a great way because you can not only gain weight but muscle as well. Also protein, protein, protein...you'll gain weight. Either way don't stress it, it will come back whether or not you want it to. Good luck!

i am a "skinny minnie" too. i went through the exact same thing. i gained a lot of weight when pregnant, then lost it all. all of us are not meant to be the same. find comfort in your size. a lot of people wish they were you. i beleive you can go to a GNC store and they may have a weight gainer, but b careful what you ask for, you might get it....

Join the gym, you could gain muscle instead of fat. You will be healthy and look like a goddess. Weight train with a partner to make it fun. If only I had your problem.

Do the OPPOSITE of what people do to LOSE weight:

-Eat then take a nap.
-Eat high-calorie or concentrated-calorie foods.
-Eat snacks between meals, esp. at night.
-Do weight-resisitance exercise, though not necessarily cardio (not that skinny people dont' need it, but usually they need it less than the rest of us.)

You need to see a nutrionist. You need high protein drinks and eat 6000-8000 calories a day.

no suppliments needed, eat a penutbutter sammich before bed everynight its protien and carbs thats good for gaining but make sure you excersize too or it will just be flab ;) good luck!

Make your self some PROTEIN shakes or get a protein supplement... thats what the body builders use to get more mass.
