If your wall is drywall-- the moisture put out by the dryer will saturate the drywall, it will mold and finally-- you will have a Not Wall on the inside of the home.

The dried lint is also a fire hazard that will combust one time after running just long enough.

If the place is a rental-- it isn't hard taking one to the outside-but you might talk with your landlord-- - you can get a kit at a big box store that has the necessary components and a set of directions.

The only wall dryer vent pipe should go through is the wall leading to the outside. Also, use metal vent-pipe and not plastic.

Both... if it gets clogged it's an automatic fire hazzard
