You can probably make you own. Loks like most pita bread is just basic yeast flour bread. 1 cup water, 2 tsp yeast, 2.5 - 3 cups flour and a bit of salt. The big difference is the baking, hotter oven at 500 degrees with just like 3 minutes bake time and but very close to the heating element (bottom rack). Most pitas are rolled in circles, but if you did a rectangle, you'd probably have a very good flat bread.

i actually work at the subway headquarters in CT and there is a supplier that ships the same bread to all the different restaurants, but i doubt they would sell to you unless you buy mass quantities to sell to the public, i mean a subway probably orders thousands of loaves a week, so just buying it from subway is the best i can tell you.

Sure. Either go to your local Subway and ask them if you can buy some of there bread from them. Sometimes they will sale it to you. Or go to your local bakery and ask them if they carry the same kind of hoagie bread that the Subway has that you can purchase. Or somthing similar to it.

Hope this helps you.

I used to go to subway and just buy the bread- you could try that. I lived in a very small town and they knew me though-worth a try anyway!

I used to work at Subway.

Just ask them if you can buy some bread. Tell them to ring it up as a "veggie" sub if they don't know how (won't charge you for meat).
