i have fallen in ln love with a guy from another country, and i want to visit him, since he is poor and cant come over to see me. even if i send him a ticket he still cant get a visa unless i sponsor him. but i want to first go to his country and meet him. is it safe to do this as i have never met him in person. only in chat.
