I believe Hiram Walker (Canadian Club), and Seagram's still have distilleries in Windsor. Search for Windsor, Canada distilleries on Yahoo and you'll probably find some info.

If you have a car and don't mind a short drive, you can go for winery tours around Pelee Island or in the London area as well. There are a couple of fruit wineries in the London area and then there are both Colio Estates and Pelee Island Winery down by Leamington.
