Thinking of buying this business. Know it will be time consuming but wonder if anything else I should be aware of? Never have owned a business before . . it does need some marketing done and a mall is being built across the street that might help. Appreciate any advice.

ok, i live at home with my mom and brother, im 29 and i pay rent,
my dad passed away when i was 22 and i feel obligated to stay home with my mom, i am planning on moving out in Jan07, my question is, 1.should i move out, i live a very good life, but as i get older i am finding it harder to find a man, as i dont want to bring anyone home to moms house, i think it makes me look like a loser, LOL, and my second question is 2.should i just stay and perhaps bring someone home? i could afford to move out and get my own place, but my mom ask why leave? i just need some imput as to what to think, i feel a bit guilty for even wanting to leave, i know its not normal, lol but its how i feel,

OK I am going to a wedding in July (my g-friends older sister) and I have been asked to accompany their mother, as she is divorced and the father will also be attending with his new wife.

I have been advised that the mother and father will be polite to each other, but no more than that (they haven'r laid eyes on each other in 18 years). However, the mother and new wife have a history of hostile encounters where the new wife basically provokes the mother, often leading to actual fighting.

I've been asked to lend moral support in this situation and to step in if things get ugly. Whilst it is doubtful anything will happen (happy day and all that), how should I break up any violence?

Whilst I am 'on the side' of the mother I do not want to get too physical as they are obviously both ladies (and the mother is now frail) but at the same time I do not want either getting hurt- either by each other or myself!

Ideas?

two women friends were on a night out, on the way home they both needed a wee, they stopped in a nearby graveyard out of sight from the road, the first woman said she's got no tissue so she takes off her knickers and wipes herself with them, the second woman wasn't wearing any knickers so she ripped some ribbon from a wreath on one of the headstones, the next day the husbands were at work together and one says do you know where our wives were last night only mine came home without her knickers? the other replies "oh really, well mine came home with a card up her ar*se saying "from all the crew at the fire station, we will not forget you"
