You have to have the relevant education and a good experience. And you have to be professional in your appearance too (clothes, hair...).

The more experience you gain, the easier you will get hired in future jobs

(certainly do not give them gifts.. etc)

Be yourself first and foremost, don't try to 'buy' them with gifts, flattery or anything else. Present yourself well in dress, manner and appearance but above all relax and just be you....if you don't get one job you'll get the next and the ones who didn't hire you will be sorry they didn't. Show them how valuable of an employee you are by working hard and doing more than they ask. You do more and do it well and you'll see they will trust you more and value you more.

sell yourself as if you had the best (whatever) of anyone. gifts, flattery will only go so far. prove to them that you are an asset to the company. think of it like buying something very expensive. if you're spending $50k on someone, you're going to want to have the best. Be confident and tell them why they need to hire you and no one else.

Learn as much as possible about the company you are being interviewed by. Try to determine what their needs are. During the interview, discuss their company and its needs, and explain how hiring you is in their interest, how it will benefit them.

Convince the person doing the hiring that the value you bring to their business will be worth more than what they pay you.

when people come in with a half filled aplication, i am thinking so you will get half the work done then.
you need to smile and be very polite.
you need to ALWAYS be confident.
you just need to relax and take it slow. dont say um...
