Like the ones from fast and furious.I drive a golf 5 and am looking for a website that will show me how to pimp it up

First off those cars don't look good! They look like clowns ought to be jumping out at any moment but...... I suggest that you find some online VW clubs. There will be plenty of people with your car that have already done what you want to do. And can give you tips on what parts work and which ones don't. As well as help you fix you ride when you have a problem with it.

don't think about a header if you live in California. the police there will ticket you for noise pollution also headers do warp since their not cast iron. The cheapest way to increase horsepower would be to increase the timing but you will be using premium gas from now on. Headers alone only increase horse power by about 5 unless you add a thrush muffler. if you don't use a thrush muffler headers will be self defeating but the police will be watching you. For every day street use leave it alone. if you want a fast Japanese car thats stock trade it in for a Mazda rotary
