Football is played in two halfs - 45 minutes each. That's the actual time of the game. But the referee keeps track of the time lost during the match to attend to some injuries and fouls. These minutes (ranging anywhere from 1-3 minutes) will be added at the end of each half.

When the players commit a foul (play against the rules - like obstructing a player physically, causing harm to the players, etc.), the referee will book them for the offence. An yellow card is a warning. A red card means that the player will be sent off immediately. If a player gets two yellow cards in the same game, he will also be sent off (2 yellows equals a red).

the time after 90 minutes is the injury time:
To explain further, the 4th referee (someone on the side-line), calculates how much time has been lost in the game due to injuries or any other stoppages, and puts a board up to show how much extra will be played.

This time is played after the 90 minutes (get it?)

Another thing: The game was between France + Switzerland... Sweden is a totally different country, further to the north.

The other clock is time added on for stoppages & injuries. The number being how many added minutes. Used to be called injury time but nobody seems to use this term any more.
