I just waxed my eyebrows with Bath & Body Works home wax kit & the wax is all over my nails~ which I just filled and painted last night. I cannot get it off!!! I don't want to have to redo my nails, HELP!!!

I've heard that it is bad to crack your back or to have someone crack it for you. I am 21, and it feels good to crack my back.

I'm in the last few months of a masters degree and have been working really hard and continuously for well over a year. I haven't had more than 4 days off in a row for 18 months and I am really feeling it. I can't take any time off as I'm on a placement now and have to have this project written up by September. Problem is, I am really burning out so badly now, I'm constantly tired and am finsing it hard to get any enthusiasm together to end the course in style. This is coupled by the fact that a job is in no way guaranteed at the end of the course so am feeling in limbo, as cash is scarce. Any ideas on how to pick myself up a bit, without any cash or days off??!!

Meditation is a beneficial thing. Religious prayer gives the same benefits of meditation, the difference being, that people who get the benefits of mediation, during prayer, confuse this with a relationship with God.

Ask a religious person how you can have a relationship with God, and he will tell you that it is through prayer, however, he confuses the calming effect of mediation, with a full-blown relationship with God.

I suppose, under this logic, I should confuse every pleasant sensation with a whisper from God.
