Woman are going to gain weight with pregnancy, its a fact. What I would say though is if she is actively working on it with excercise and keeping herself busy, then I wouldn't say "peep", even if it were months past. If she became lazy and apathetic, well, thats something I would address.

I'm not a married guy, but I am a wife. I gained alot of weight after having my 3 children. My husband never said anything to me but that I was beautiful. I was the one who was hard on myself though. I now have lost most of the weight I gained from having children and continue to do so. I thank my loving and understanding husband for that though. I honestly think if he pointed out what I had already known about my weight gain I don't think we'd still be married today, I'm glad he just loved me and accepted me through my weight gain and weight loss. He rocks!

That is okay with me and I would accept her and love her anyway as she had just given birth to my baby and it is because of that precious gift to me that she has gained weight for. I would encourage her to exercise and walk with me and have fun with her and sexercise too lol!

I would hope I would already be married to someone who would not want to stay like that. I feel like someone will only do something because they want to no matter what people say.
