Many people think that there are some fatal problems with this Earth that prevent them from believing in an all powerful being that looked at this planet upon its creation and proclaimed it "good". So what would you change... and if you had to argue against yourself... why would you think that it is the way it is? (Sorry that's kinda an awkwardly worded question).

I'm limited to Photoshop really (I dont have paintbrushes or cant afford a camera. Nothing too great really). I'm usually a machine and full of ideas, however lately I dont have any fresh ideaws. I dont seem to have that special magic. I decided giving it a rest would help, bu it hasnt. I want my muse back, whatever that was. What inspires you guys to be creative?

Most of Western society believes in the sanctity and value of life, whereas the Arabs and Muslims seem to put no value on life. Instead, it appears they value martrydom more than life, and are happy when a person dies and kills other people as well. They don't even value themselves, with Shiite killing Shia and vice versa. Is there any evidence that Arabs have a life culture, not a death culture?

A good friend of mine has a theory about the 2004 election that is absolutely brilliant:

You know how Bush used the fact that he was a born-again Christian to rally the religious base... well my friend also believes that the ppl behind Bush came up with the idea and production of 'The Passion of Christ' movie in order to manipulate voters.

I mean think about it. There was an enormous amount of hype around it at the time and that was just months before the election. I know some Christians who now say that is their all time favorite movie. That movie ignited a religious 'passion' just before the election.

Man, it just amazes me how we all were manipulated by the Bush administration.

Everyone out there nowadays seems to be such a hater. But I don't understand. Must you accept the religion to respect the man?
Jesus lived sum odd 2000 years ago and his life was recorded and renowned. He cared about others and helped others and did good things.
What bad things can you have to say about a man who did nothing but good for others? Why must you hate the man because you hate the religion? If you can give me five good reasons to diss a man so great as that then heck i'll deny my christianity.
be prepared to back up what you say because i will accept nothing but well supported words.

"I like your Christ, but I do not like your Christians" I can accept that. Why will you deny it?

This is a bit long winded so please bear with me everyone......
I have been having some weird s**t happening to me in my sleep recently. A few days before i got the news of a family member's death i was trying to sleep but kept coughing and half wakening up - i then distinctly heard a voice next to my bed say "she's alright" and then a blue light faded into the darkness. cud have been a dream but i was kept awake with my cough that night.

Also 1 night I kept hearing noises in my room and felt a bit wary as I was nodding off. Next thing I feel this pressure on my shoulders, as if im being pushed into the matress by the shoulders - i could not move or scream even tho i had my mouth wide open. My room was in total inky blackness even tho I can usually see outlines of everything. I started to pray, that didnt work, so i started to curse what was happening to me and telling "whatever" it was to f**k off and leave me alone - i actually woke up shouting at what was pinning me down! Weird!

ok everytime i do typing, guitar, painting in painting program in computer , games in computer.. my carpal tunnel syntoms come back..so what am i suposed to do.. nothing?? stop all hobbies?

From High School until now, there is a tendency of feeling intensely nervous when term or semester grades are out. Up to date, my Semester 2 grades are out - but I haven't even checked the pass/fail status, much less the grades for my courses.

Heres the deal:Met a girl and we clicked almost instantly.Was dating for 2 months and asked her for a relationship. She wasnt ready so I gave her space. We slept together once and soon after she told me she was confused and needed space. I found out later she went back to "talk" to her ex and they ended up having sex. She regretted it and we are now in a relationship(we were just dating then) Was it cheating and should I be concerned?
