Many people think that there are some fatal problems with this Earth that prevent them from believing in an all powerful being that looked at this planet upon its creation and proclaimed it "good". So what would you change... and if you had to argue against yourself... why would you think that it is the way it is? (Sorry that's kinda an awkwardly worded question).

Well, first of all, when God looked at His creation and said it was good, there was no sin. So, everything was perfect. It was really good. God is perfect. So even if the smartest person on earth tried to be God, he would never even get close to doing what God has done! Man has made the earth the way it is. So, if you want to talk about doing something "better" or "right" you should talk about not sinning or doing wrong, not replacing good! Well, there it is! God is perfect, man isn't. It's man's falt the earth is messed up today, not God's!

I think the creative force, namely God, creates perfect. We ,as the utilisers of the creation, make the mistakes.
God is aforce, or power, or spirit, and does not think like a person. This creative force does not argue with itself, but continious creating.
The bible explains this force as the word, (seed - male ) and the earth is the mind of man.( female )
We cannot blame the perfect seed for imperfect growth, because we tend to the plants, so we should fix the mistakes made by us.
Regards.
Sorry if it is somewhat of an awkward explanation of what i think .

I think Vexen would be a good god, he would:

"1. Put everyone in heaven
2. Eradicate evil
3. Not Create People Who Will Sin
4. Cancel Religion
5. Dispense with the Food Chain: All Beings to be Fed with Manna from Heaven!

1. Put Everyone In Heaven

Simplicity itself! There would be no suffering, no evil, no pain and everyone would be in heaven. All our lost friends would be back with us and no-one would die. People could do whatever they want and go wherever they want. People could kill and torture... but no-one would want to, because there is no sin or suffering in heaven, and if anyone tried to hurt anyone else, it wouldn't work because there's no pain in heaven either. All problems are solved!

There may be people who don't deserve to go to heaven. Well, I'll put them in heaven anyway because I'm infinitely patient, merciful, and I want to do what is good for people whether or not they deserve it. When I am God, there is no longer any need for justice because all sins are forgiven, and everyone is in heaven. In heaven, everything is just, and no actions can ever cause anything any harm."

I was god for 36 years. I didn't do such a good job, in fact it led me straight to a self- inflicted hell. I was Graced by the Gift of Salvation and Resurrection from our Father, God, and to Him I will be forever grateful. The last 22 years of my life have been a beautiful learning experience as to Who He is. I like a lot of your answers and thought provoking questions. That's one reason for my answer. God Bless.

I would release a new version of the Bible, this one would have no mistakes, no contradictions, and would be available in every spoken language. I would launch the new book in a way that left no doubt it was genuine. That way there would be less fighting and religious intolerance because there would be one clear religion for everyone to follow.

I would have killed Lucifer after his uprising, except wasn't I supposed to know everything? So didn't God know that Lucifer would do that? Then why did he create and angel destined to become the prince of darkness and evil and all of that stuff? I have no respect for a being that claims to be "pure" yet creates all the evil in the world.

Its all about Faith, how strong or weak dictates the direction of your life...true believers have a promise of eternal life, that does not mean your life on earth will be heavenly...perhaps just the opposite, it may promise those who strive to make it heavenly, will eventually reach such a place...we are obviously failing to make our world that..I can say that if God performed miracles in front of millions of persons...there will be doubters and there will be believers....as I originally said its all about Faith, in what you believe.
