I think you meant neckid...so naked is when you have no clothes on...neckid means you have no clothes on and are up to something...

naked meaning wearing no clothes(for living things)....and exposing the private parts of your body....or for something(non-living things) that is not covered....naked eye...
necked means been kissed or something a t-shirt/shirt generally that is upto your neck.....or a specific shape of a shirt or tshirt....
eg. V-necked shirts, U-necked shirts...

I agree with amishcow- there's a big difference between when my hubby knocks on the bathroom door and hollers "Are you naked?" as opposed to rolling over and grinning at me with that crooked eyebrow and asking "Hey, wanna get nekkid?" :) Hope it helps!
