Because we hear men say "look at those perky young boobs!" And when women have had kids (which is the main reason why breasts sags) and hear that, it makes us hate them more. So with low self esteem that's the reason why saggy breasts are bad. Now if a man saw a woman with saggy breast and apprieciate for who she is, then it wouldn't be a prob. But point me out a man that appreicates the naturalness of matured breast and one that wouldn't be a smartass, then maybe it wouldn't be so bad....

Probably because some women have to throw their breast over their shoulders to wash under them. (Just kidding) I like for my breast to stand at attention! Good posture is healthy for the back! If other cultures want sagging boobs well so be it!

that is true what is considered buetiful is a cultural thing. Some counties think long necks and clay pots in a womans lip is good looking.
others dont want streached out lips or breasts
it's all preferance

I like a little sag in the breats...a little hang...not a lot. In fact, I prefer breats that have a little natural hang to them.

They hurt and also pull on your shoulders and back, causing pain there as well from the stress of them pulling on the body.
