I'm a heavier girl... and over the years I've tried a few things... obviously altering eating habits and increasing exercise are the best ways to lose weight... but what I want to know is what foods are better than others? and what exercises are better than others???

I've heard that Vitamin E is great on scars. I scar very badly, and it shows, especially on my face, which is rather bad on my cheeks due to acne. I've been using The Body Shop Vitamin skincare range and have seen only limited results. Does this actually work? Or is there anything else I can try?

I have over two hours of footage from an overseas holiday along with about 200 pics. I purchased the digital video camera off ebay and have called the major camera stores like Michaels and Ted's, however they dont service this model. Ive read on the net that it is possible to retrieve video and pics after a camera has been formatted. I would really appreciate any advice on how i can retrieve this. Many thanks.

I was at teh mall yesterday with my ten year old niece and 1 year old niece and my ten year old niece Winry had to use the bathroom which was convinent cuz i had to change my other nieces, Reila's, diaper. Needless to say this invovled me going into the womans bathroom and while she was using the bathroom i changed my niece and was waiting by the stall door for Winry when a woman came up to me and called me a disgusting pig because i was in there! Was i wrong? i didn't want to let them go in with another woman and get hurt, should i have let them go with another woman? Was i wrong for what i did? Was that bad parenting (guess u could call it uncling) on my part?
