try not to think about it and you should be fine. You could try keeling beside the bed with her legs around your waist....good for penteration and logevity, your hand are also then free to stimultate other parts of her body -- breasts, clitoris...etc. If you are fit you can surprise by putting your hands under her and rising to stand lifting her but still inside.
Bad point is carpet burns!!
